The villa was born from the desire to respect the amalgam of eclectic & contemporary international lifestyle, inspired by an owner with Arabic roots who studied abroad. The result: 6 bedrooms Villa, with amazing interior design and bold architecture that comes in perfect balance with the landscape.

Having a local client, we wanted to offer a memorable simplicity twist to the project. And because in this case the family comes first, the connection of generations has been added to our list of priorities. In this case we had to dedicate our plans to a true outdoor and nature lover. For a person who put great value on life moments, a priority was to create a joy to experience space: sitting and coffee ceremonies area.

Our retired inhabitants wanted a space where the brothers gather and spend their relaxing time, which is why we focused on a balanced division of space. When dealing with a corporate client, designing an interior that reflects their business purpose and brand identity becomes a matter of paramount importance. With Ocean 360, our team conceptualized and designed a space that reflects the serenity of the sea while maintaining that high level of sophistication needed to blend in seamlessly with the surrounding Dubai Harbour. The marriage of complementary palettes, smooth textures and iconic decor items results in just that delicate balance.
